Activity Center – Faith and Health Sunday School class will focus on intergenerational concerns on Pain, Stress and Meditation. Learn about proper communication of pain to your healthcare provider, Opiods and alternative management of pain and appreciating "the gift of pain".  In April, "Perpetual Stress" is the topic. Church members and friends of all ages can benefit.

Activity Center – The Upper Room Group shares reflections on the readings in the daily meditation booklet, The Upper Room.  We also share reflections on daily life, news and personal happenings.  Reading daily meditations is not required but is a starting place.  Since we do not use a study guide, participants aren't "left out" when they are away.
Room 114 -- Living the Heart of Christianity: Rediscovering a Life of Faith and Putting It into Action. This class is exploring how we can live passionately as Christians in today's world by practicing the timeless elements of Christian faith.
